A solar project management app created on the Fuzen dashboard actually represents a portfolio of solar EPC projects. You can create multiple such apps in your account if you want to manage different groups or portfolios of solar EPC projects.

Once any of those projects is completed you can archive it. To remove it from the list of your ongoing projects and from the central project tracking dashboard.

Archive a completed project

Go the ‘Central Dashboard’ in your solar project management app. On this dashboard you will see a list of all the ongoing solar EPC projects within this particular project group / portfolio.

Click on the ‘Manage Project’ button and then select the ‘Archive Project’ option. Next, this project will be moved to a list of archived projects and all the files and folders of this project will be moved to an ‘Archived’ folder within your Google Drive app folder.
